GHS Summer School 2026
Dates/Times – GHS will be offering TWO Summer School sessions for 2026. Session 1 will begin on Tuesday, May 26th and will run through Friday, June 19th. Summer School will be available for all students that will be in grades 7-12 for the 2026-2027 school year. There is LIMITED bus transportation for all students enrolled in Summer School. In addition, Breakfast and Lunch are available for all students FREE OF CHARGE during Session 1 of Summer School.
7th/8th Grade Discovery will include sessions in Math, ELA, Art, PE and Agriculture Education (Fishing & Conservation).Students in grades 7-12 may also enroll in Fitness for Life. This course is our Summer Weights and Conditioning program. Summer weights will be held Tuesday-Friday beginning from 7:45 am - 9:00 am. Students enrolling in Fitness for Life MAY ride the bus to get to school but will need to have transportation home unless they are also enrolling in an additional summer school course.
Session 2 of Summer School will begin on Tuesday, July 7th and will run through Friday, August 7th. ALL classes in session 2 will be VIRTUAL ONLY. Students taking online Dual Credit courses will be automatically enrolled in both sessions of summer school as the college classes are scheduled for an 8-week period.
