The GHS Organization Leadership is sponsoring a Pickleball Tournament Fundraiser on Saturday, April 26th from 4pm-8pm. All proceeds from the tournament will be used to benefit Galena Gifts for Kids. It is $20 a team to sign up. It will be held at the Galena High School.

         We asked Blake Wall for more information about the Tournament and he said “All funds go to gifts for kids in need (less fortunate). It’s two people per team, $10 a person/$20 a team. It takes place on April 26th at Galena High School from 4pm-8pm, anyone is welcome. This event is to light up kids day on Christmas.” They are also expecting a lot of people to show up and help kids in need.

         This is a great opportunity to really help out the kids in the Galena community. No matter if you’re good at Pickleball or have never heard of it, show up. I encourage everyone to show up and have fun playing with people in the community.
